Let's try a swimming diary. I lost count on Friday and Monday, but today I finally kept track and designed myself a programme at the same time.
100m free
100m breaststroke
100m front kick
100m back kick
Repeat for 45 minutes
Today I got through it exactly 3 times for a total of 1200m or 36 lengths.
I want to include some backstroke in my plan, but at the moment this is working for me. If I can keep it up for a few weeks I'll review.
Haha, like I'll keep it up after Christmas??
