Once more unto whatever

Giving tracking stuff another go. Hoping it'll make me feel more organized.

I'm getting better at taking painkillers before things get bad enough to make me grumpy and withdrawn, which in turn is helping with my energy levels. For the last few months I'd been unable to finish mowing my lawn in one go - I thought it just because I didn't have the energy, but today I took my painkillers, and got through it easily. Yay! :)

My all-or-nothing mindset totally extends to trying to fix my health stuff. I need to organize that as well. I'm being extra good and not starting a regimen of turmeric honey right now - it's supposed to be anti-inflammatory, and I'm having a blood test for c-reactive protein (among other things) this week.

However, this week I am planning to switch my tea tree oil shampoo for a shampoo bar that uses reetha and shikakai instead of detergent, in the hope that it will be nicer to my oversensitive scalp, which has been painful (also itchy and flaky) lately.

My face has been pretty good this year, even before I got the mirena. Bentonite clay is good shit.

I'm supposed to be napping right now. Fail.

This post editor is super annoying, I might end up switching to WordPress. If anything is underlined once I post this, I'm not going back in to fix it like I used to.

Food diary:
Breakfast - 3 eggs, 2 rashers streaky bacon, 1 cup kale
Snack - cadbury crunchie
Lunch - a banana, 3/4 cup mixed berries, 1tbsp dessicated coconut, 1/2 cup plain unsweetened acidophilus yoghurt
Snack - peckish cheddar rice crackers
Dinner - paleo seafood & cauli chowder
